There are some ways to return the borrowed item which shows on the product detail page and your reservation confirmation.
If you did not borrow the item, you can check the product detail page. The product detail page shows the pickup and return information.
“Support Self-Pickup” – It means you can face-to-face pickup and return the items on the host’s location list.
“Support Local Shipping” – It means you can ask the host deliver the item to you locally. You need to write down the delivery address to the host. At the same time, you need to deliver to the host with the return address. Please note that the estimated delivery days will not included in your rental start date and end date.
“Support International Shipping” – It means you can ask the host deliver the item to you internationally. You need to write down the delivery address to the host. At the same time, you need to deliver to the host with the return address. Please note that the estimated delivery days will not included in your rental start date and end date.
If you had borrowed the item, and you need to return to the host. You can check your reservation record. To visit reservation record page, please mouse over on your profile thumbnail which located on the top-right-hand corner in the website and click “My Booking”. You will see the sub-menu on left in the website. Click “Reservation Record”.
Afterward, you need to click the borrowed item. And you will see the detail of returning methods.
