When borrower made the reservation to you, you should do the following steps to ensure the rental successful.
Mobile Platform
- Open the Rentolf App and press the “Account” tab at the bottom of the App.
- Select “Manage Reservation”. And your reservations have been shown.
- Press the reservation that you want to manage.
- In the reservation detail, you can see the rental status. There is serval rental status: Waiting for Ship / Pickup, On shipping, In use, Returning and Complete.
- Waiting for Ship / Pickup: The host / lender needs to prepare for shipping to the borrower. If the borrower picks up the item, please press the button of “Yes, Consumer has picked up the item”.
- If you dispatch the item, you need to write down the shipping company, tracking code and some photos of the product before delivered.
- Once you press the button of “Yes, Consumer has picked up the item”, the status will be changed to “On shipping” and your borrower will receive and email of notification. Also, your borrower needs to confirm the pickup / received the item.
- When borrower received and accepted the item, the status will be changed to “In use”.
- If the borrower returns the item to you, the status will be changed to “Returning”. Also, you will receive an email notification about item returning.
- If you received the item and you have checked the item which is no problem, you need to press “Yes, I accept the return item”.
- You can rate the borrower. And give the comments of the borrower.
- Afterward, whole rental process has been completed.
