How to cancel the reservation?

Borrower made the reservation to you, but your item is out of control. You can cancel the reservation to notify the borrower.

Mobile Platform

1. Open the Rentolf App and press the “Account” tab at the bottom of the App.
2. Select “Manage Reservation”. And your reservation will be shown.
3. Select the reservation that you need to cancel.
4. Press the “Cancel the reservation” button.
5. You need to select the reason of cancellation.
6. At last, press “Confirm cancellation”
7. Afterward, the borrower will receive a cancellation email from you. At the same time, the status of reservation record will change to “Reservation has been cancelled”.
