After submitted the borrowing request, you may start your rental processes.
Mobile Platform
- Open the Rentolf App and press the “Booking” tab at the bottom of the App.
- Your booking history has been shown here. You can select your booking record and view more details.
- In the booking detail, you can see the rental status. There is serval rental status: Waiting for Ship / Pickup, On shipping, In use, Returning and Complete.
- On Shipping: The host / lender has already shipped or ready for pickup of the product. If you pick up the item, please check the item and press the button of “Yes, I have picked up the item”.
- If you chose local delivery or international deliver, you can see the shipping information here. After received the item, please check it and press the button of “Yes, I have picked up the item”.
- Afterward, you can use the item during rental period. Please remember the end date of the rental period. And you need to return the item to the host / lender.
- If you use “Self return” method to return your item, please press the button of “Yes, I have returned the item” when you returned.
- If you use “Local delivery” and “International delivery” to return the item, you need to take the item’s picture before dispatch. And also, you need to fill-in the shipping company and tracking code for dispatch information.
- You can rate the item. And give the comments of the host / lender.
- When the host / lender received your item, he / she will check it and send you the confirmation of item received.
- The whole rental process has been completed.
