There are a lot of reasons about the product cannot display in the platform.

Firstly, you need to check the availability of the product. Please mouse over on  your profile thumbnail which located on the top-right-hand corner in the website and click “My Business”. You will see the sub-menu on left in the website. Click “Manage Products”.

You can scroll to the bottom of the page. And you will see the selection of availability .

If the availability is set correctly, please check the categories that you selected. If it is also selected, please wait for a moment for cache refresh. The product page will be cached sometimes. You need to wait for 1 day to show your product. Of couse, you can contact us to fix your issue anytime.
